Scope; Third Party Sites. This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect at and through the Site. Our Site also contains links to third party sites that are not owned or controlled by Gosia Genomics Inc. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. How to control your email preferences:  For EU-based members, we will only send you promotional and marketing emails if you have given us your consent. You can stop receiving promotional email communications from us by reaching out to us by email at contact@gosiagenomics.com. We make every effort to promptly process all unsubscribe requests. You may not opt out of service-related communications (e.g., account verification, transactional communications, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).

You can access and update certain information we have relating to your online account by signing into your account and going to the Account section of our Site. 4. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g. requests made in 2024 will receive information regarding 2023 sharing activities).

Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.
